No, you do not need any prior knowledge to enrol in our courses.

Our online course includes videos, workbooks and quizzes and are self paced meaning you can take your time to complete the course.
1.5 How long do I have access to the course after purchasing?
There is no time limit on the course once you have purchased it.
1.6 Can I complete the courses on any device?
Yes, our courses are fully device-compatible. You can study on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
1.7 Are your courses evidence-based and developed by professionals?
All our courses are researched and evidence-based developed by professionals in the mental health and suicide professions and further developed by education specialists.

Yes all our courses consider and honour the involvement of people with a lived experience.

You will receive practical information and tools and strategies to support the theory.

Yes, Mental Health Management will issue you with a certificate upon the completion of the course.

Debbie Swibel created Mental Health Management. Debbie is a highly experienced suicidologist, author, counsellor, educator, and former Lifeline trainer and crisis supporter. She brings a wealth of professional insight and a deeply compassionate approach to all the training and resources offered.
4.2 What makes your courses different from others?
Mental Health Response is our signature workshop. It offers a practical first aid response to help you support someone experiencing mental health challenges. Early intervention is crucial to preventing long-term mental health issues and reducing suicide risk. This workshop will help you recognise the signs and symptoms of poor mental health, such as depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, and equip you with the tools to offer support.
