This workshop aims to break down that stigma, foster open conversations, and provide tools to support yourself and others in a safe environment.

Suicide—Let’s Talk is a two-hour workshop conducted either face-to-face or as a webinar, or you can take the self-paced online course to help educate and equip people on this topic.. It may be for you personally, or for someone else.

This workshop provides practical strategies and a step-by-step process to support individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts. We believe open dialogue is key to prevention and understanding.
