Self-care is the time you take for yourself to look after yourself. You are unable to look after anyone else if you cannot look after yourself. Self-care activities provide time for you to enjoy life and put aside the everyday stresses and pressures of life. Self-care is about you! There is nothing selfish about self-care. It is an essential part of enjoying a well-rounded and well-balanced life. Self-care is individual and personal. It is about you!
